After more than fifty games with
his demo, we told you our impressions of Pro Evolution Soccer 2016
Every year the same story. From
the magnificent Pro Evolution Soccer 6 and after a football catastrophe hand
the entry into the new generation of Konami sports saga becomes harder each
year than last and are already too many times we have heard or read that from "This
year, yes," "becomes the best PES" and some others.
It is true that the same applies
to FIFA, but otherwise; in the field of Electronic Arts each year speaks to
meet with the best installment of the franchise released so far, with many new
features and call to correct faults that continues to carry the brand. And,
again, too many years are unchanged emphatic enough or needed to breathe some
fresh air to the stagnant football proposal.
A server sidestepped the saga of
Konami with the entry of the new generation towards a FIFA with David Rutter at
the head, indisputably managed to win the title of King of football. The
problem? The lack of real competition from PES has made Electronic Arts has
stopped pressing the accelerator and bear witness too many deliveries, added
inconsequential improvements or directly steps back in playable; not to
mention, of course, a technical section that is still too similar to what we
already saw five years ago.
That is why each time the
presence of a rival company to reactivate a football one would dispute that
benefit all players is most needed. My first feeling with Pro Evolution Soccer
2016, after more than 50 games to his demo, are positive but certain factors
beyond the strictly playable hindering the proper growth of the franchise are
still there.
This release moves over the main flaws of PES 2015
Let's start with the obvious:
with the delivery of 2016 we can forget the exaggerated input lag (or delay in
the response of our players) and some technical flaws that dimmed the experience.
PES 2016 is a much more polished and complete in all respects and play the
best, it will not cost us too much into the rhythm of the game and enjoy the
proposed Konami.
Speaking of rhythm can say that
this issue is perhaps the most finely tuned to capture as seen in real
football: Mainly touch and play in midfield but it will not be strange that the
party was "broken" and the comings and goings between one area and
another will happen. Personally, I greatly prefer it proposes PES 2016 about
the correcalles in which they finished making the last FIFA.

Another of the weaknesses of the
Konami brand has always been the animations and transitions between them. The
robotic and orthopedic of these movements in the last parts just keep being
seen in some other specific moment but in general, this one has become one of
the great attractions of the new release; not only every major player is
instantly recognizable by the way they move are hundreds if not movements, game
by game, continue to surprise.
We are in the best PES launched from 2006
On the negative side we found a
playable than goalkeepers are still not as reliable that should (nothing
alarming or continued but we have found a handful of blunders in our party) or
a long through in leaving something to be desired , being really difficult to
provide them with the desired accuracy and strength and, above all coming
together with a rather strange physics of the ball.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 is
undoubtedly the best PES launched since 2006. But is that enough? The game
modes in FIFA license and remain a differential value and promise from
Electronic Arts have corrected the great defect of his latest release (still,
is still dragging a technical engine with too many flaws). For a server, a
great fan of the Premier League and a regular player FUT, FIFA remains the
logical choice, but fortunately for everyone, it seems that the competition
between both franchises can now be considered as equals. Neither football this
year proposals will be perfect but it will be sufficient packaging and
different enough to favor us to us players.
